Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz aren't the first celebrity parents to give their offspring a "place" name. Their newborn, Bronx, is the latest to join an esteemed group of star babies named after nations, states and cities, a baseball stadium and a posh hotel – some even commemorate the place of conception! New York, after all, is a pretty popular choice of inspiration. The Beckhams have Brooklyn, named after the borough where their first child was conceived.
